Traffic Light: Choose Action Level

Read the scenario and choose Green, Yellow, or Red.

• Green: Observation is sufficient. No emergency call; if unsure, call the hotline later.
• Yellow: Give O₂ and call the hotline. They can coordinate EMS/chamber if needed.
• Red: Immediate danger. Give O₂ and call EMS. Hotline in parallel is fine, not instead of EMS.
